A practice. A path that brought her here.
The story of Dr. Alexander Momani - from the first days in dental clinics, through the mentors who shaped him professionally, to the creation of the family dental center in Sofia.
Seven chapters. One time.
Choose a chapter — or let them change on their own. This is the story as it happened.
Before the diploma — already in the office.
I started working in dental clinics even before I got my degree. Not as a doctor — as an observer, an assistant, a student. I spent hours watching how decisions were made, how they spoke to a patient, how they went from the theory in the textbook to the reality of working with a live person.
That's when I realized that dentistry is not just a technique. It's an attitude.
Dr. Vyara Popova — how to think like a doctor.
After graduating, I started working at Dr. Vyara Popova at the Dental Center "Saint Antipas". She showed me what it means to be a doctor—not just how to perform a procedure, but how to think about it. How to ask the right questions. How to keep learning long after graduation.
This attitude towards the profession shaped me—and to this day, it is the foundation I stand on every time I start a new case.
Prof. Fakih — and a turning point.
During these years I kept in touch with Prof. Fakih — still mine today head of specialization in oral surgery. He was the man who watched my path and guided me in the moments that mattered.
One day he contacted me. Dr. Geiss Bader...I didn't know it then, but it was a turning point in my career.
Dr. Geiss Bader — almost ten years on his team.
В Dental Center "Dr. Geis" I work nearby now. 10 years — and I continue to be part of the team to this day. He became my mentor. And I grew professionally among people who I consider to be some of the best surgeons and aestheticians I know — doctors who can easily compare themselves to the top in the world in terms of knowledge, dedication, and desire to develop.
In such a team, one cannot remain the same. The standard around you becomes your standard.
Oral surgery — and constant learning.
I started to specialize oral surgery under the guidance of Prof. Fakih. Over the years, I have attended countless postgraduate programs — in Bulgaria and abroad — with one desire: to continue to offer what my mentors taught me and to build on it every day.
Every new case brings a new question. Every new question is a reason to return to the textbook, to the course, to the colleague.
Dental Center Dr. Momani.
With the support of my family — my mother and my father — we managed to realize a long-standing dream: to open our own dental center, which bears our family's name.
This place is not just a clinic. It is the result of years of learning, of trust, of family tenacity — and of people who believed it could be done.
Simple. To be a good doctor.
My mission is simple: to be a good doctor. To help patients. And to find like-minded people to join me on this journey — because good dentistry doesn't happen alone.
I haven't gotten here yet. myself.
Behind every doctor is a list of teachers. These ones have a special meaning in mine.

Dr. Vyara Popova
Dental Center "St. Antipa" · Sofia
My first job after graduating. It taught me how to think like a doctor — to ask the right questions, to keep learning, to work for the benefit of the patient, not the procedure.

Prof. Fakih
Department of Oral Surgery · Faculty of Medicine, Medical University of Varna
A man who watched my path and guided me at the moments that mattered. He connected me with the team where I would grow professionally — and continues to be my oral surgery residency supervisor.

Dr. Geiss Bader
Dental Center "Dr. Geis" · Sofia
Nearly ten years on his team — and I continue to be a part of it. The standard he set is the standard I work with today in my own clinic.
I didn't come here to sell procedures.
I came to be a doctor.
